The tournament will work as a preparation for the imminent Conmebol Qualifiers for the World Cup in Brazil. Together with local players, Álvaro Guevara selected three more athletes involved in the Italian league: Mike Guerra (Asd Cogianco Genzano in the next Lazio regional league, Velletri in the 07/08 season), José Leonardo Peña (Ariston Colleferro) and José Falcón Mendoza (Calcio a 5 Torino).
